Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship from, and where do you ship to?
Orders are fulfilled from our Los Angeles warehouse and ship to the United States and Canada.
Can I order from outside the US and Canada?
Other regions are opening soon. You can browse the full collection now, and on any product page you can choose Join Waitlist — we will email you as soon as we start shipping to your country.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Every set is made in small batches, so orders are dispatched within 30 days of purchase, and most ship sooner. Transit time then depends on your delivery address.
- Orders within the United States usually take 3-4 business days in transit.
- Orders to Canada usually take 5-10 business days in transit.
- Pre-order items ship on the date shown on the product page.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $100 USD or more ship free to both the United States and Canada, based on the order subtotal. Below $100, shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your order.
Will I need to pay duties or taxes?
Orders to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Pre-orders
How long do pre-order items take?
A pre-order is for a dated production run rather than a rolling dispatch window, so its ship date is shown on the product page before you order. Pieces sold as regular stock ship within 30 days of purchase.
What happens if I order in-stock and pre-order items together?
They will be shipped separately by default. In-stock items will be dispatched first, and pre-order items will ship once they are ready.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes. Pre-order items may be cancelled at any time before shipment.
About our Press-on Nails
How do I choose my nail size?
Some AuriGia styles are sold by size, while others come in a full size range from 0-15. Please check the product page and our press-on nail size guide, which includes a measurement video, before placing your order.
For first-time customers, a complimentary Size Kit will be included. Once you upload your measurements, we will save your size information and use it to prepare your future orders.
How long can AuriGia press-on nails last?

Are AuriGia press-on nails reusable?
Yes. AuriGia press-on nails are designed to be worn multiple times when applied, removed, and stored carefully. Our guide covers how to clean, store and rewear a set.
How do I remove them safely?
Do not pull or force them off. Soak your nails in warm soapy water and gently lift once the adhesive has loosened. The safe removal steps walk through this in full, including what to avoid.
How can I make them last longer?
Apply clean, dry nails, avoid water immediately after application, and avoid using your nails as tools. A correct fit matters just as much, so start from your measured size and read the tips for making a set last longer.
Are AuriGia press-on nails damaging to natural nails?
Our press-on nails are designed to be gentle on natural nails when applied and removed properly. Avoid peeling or forcing them off.
Jewelry & Accessories
How should I care for AuriGia jewelry?
AuriGia jewelry is thoughtfully designed and crafted to support longer wear. To preserve its finish, avoid water, perfume, alcohol, cosmetics, and harsh chemicals. Store separately in a dry place and gently wipe with a soft cloth after wear.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return service from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and suitable for resale.
Can press-on nails be returned?
For hygiene reasons, press-on nails cannot be returned or refunded once opened, tried on, worn, or used, unless there is a quality issue or an error on our part.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer online exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or style, please return your original order and place a new order.
