Shipping Information
AuriGia ships from Los Angeles to the United States and Canada. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Other regions are opening soon. If you are outside the United States or Canada, you can browse the full collection now — open any product and choose Join Waitlist, and we will email you as soon as we start shipping to your country.
Delivery Time
Every AuriGia set is made in small batches. Orders are dispatched within 30 days of purchase, and most ship sooner. You will receive tracking as soon as your order leaves us.
Transit time once shipped:
United States
- Shipping time: 3-4 business days
Canada
- Shipping time: 5-10 business days
Pre-order Items
The opening pre-order runs until September 30, 2026. Pre-orders placed during that window ship on October 30, 2026; the ship date is shown on the product page before you order. After the pre-order period closes, the same pieces are sold as regular stock and follow the 30-day dispatch time above.
Pre-orders are charged a deposit at checkout, with the balance charged when the item ships.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped separately by default. In-stock items will be dispatched first, and pre-order items will be shipped once they are ready.
Pre-order items may be cancelled at any time before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, any shipping fees, duties, taxes, or related costs incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.

Free Shipping Conditions
Orders of $100 USD or more ship free to both the United States and Canada, based on the order subtotal.
Standard Shipping Rates
Below $100, shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your order, so you see the exact cost before you pay. Orders are sent with USPS.
Important Notes
Orders to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
